welp... I can get in my truck and it drive fine. However I can hit a bump and I get this weird vibration in the front end and I can come to a complete stop and it goes away. I dont have the slightest clue, but a local front end place said it could be a track bar?

that's called the death wobble.

i think? the most common cause is the track bar. check yours for loose/wear at the ball stud on the drivers side. its likely worn out. get a Moog replacement from rockauto for about $110-120. easy to change, search on here for tips and pictures.

if not track bar, it can also be ball joints, tie rod ends, etc. check for play. i'd expect your front end shop to be a little more sure. i'd also expect them to have checked all parts for play and have been able to zero in exactly on what's worn out... track bar wear out is very common.

i've not replaced my ball joints yet, but the track bar is very easy.
some suggested jacking the body up higher to let the front axle hang, but i only jacked mine up a little and left the wheels on the ground so nothing would move.

It just wont act up again! Maybe it was just mud in the mud or something?

A bit of mud in a wheel will give you some strange vibrations.....
