As far as plugs go, stick with Champs or Autolite plane jane coppers. As far as wires go any descent brand, I prefer Standard Motor Products brand. What ever you decide on wires do the TSB routing. http://dodgeram.info/tsb/1998/18-48-98/18-48-98-v8.htm

Pretty much everyone here runs either Autolites, Champions, or NGKs. Pick one.
I use NGKs because they have been a good plug for me on a variety of vehicles with never any huge drawbacks.
I won't use a Champion plug because of experiences years ago. My "Never Again" list has no expiry date but it's a minimum 20 years, and Champion is on it. Might just add that you really do have to **** me off to get on there, and it's a short list, but there you go.
They might be a good plug for these trucks. Don't let my personal buying habits stop you from trying them since people here recommend them. I've never used Autolites so have no experience good or bad with them.
