Possible Tranny or TPS Problem
I had to replace the Tranny after mine had went out. Tranny was slipping and RPM's would go up when trying to accellerate. Bought a used one off of a guy I know that had just wrecked his and I know that it was working great when the wreck happened. After I changed the Tranny, I took it for a test drive and everything was working great, Strong from the start and shifting well, until it reached Operating Temp. I was going at highway speeds and had to slow down to make a turn and that is when the tranny didn't want to shift ane the engine seemed to be real sluggish and didn't want to get over 1500 to 2000 RPM's. The best that I could do was get it to change into 2nd then limp the last mile home. I let it sit overnight and the same thing happened the next day. Real strong and responsive at first. Went on vacation for a week and then tried to move it yesterday but now the engine is sluggish and non-responsive even when cold. Tranny seems to want to move but the enging won't get up and go.
Thanks in advance. Any and all help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the sugestion HeyYou but forgive my ignorance when it comes to O2 sensors. I have been working on my own engines since 1982 but have not had to deal with any O2 sensors at all.
After I pulled the Pre-Cat O2, I left it Hanging and plugged into the harness, cranked and reved the engine without any hesitation. I am assuming that the sensor is "BAD", or is it telling me something else is wrong?
