You can clean out the cooler lines in the radiator by spraying brake cleaner in there. If it goes in through one side and goes out the other then you are OK. If not replace the radiator. I am not sure how far up north you live but in cold weather DO NOT drive it to get it warm that is just as bad as overheating it.
