Yeah, I suspect a stuck valve, or, a holed piston..... might be as simple as carbon buildup... but, probably have to tear down to inspect.

All the op comp test numbers are low, don't even mess with the motor it's whipped. Get a long block and be done with it. By the time you get the org motor fixed it will be way past the cost of a rebuilt motor.

Think I am gonna third that motion, after taking a better glance at the numbers. Time for a new motor methinks.

I would at least pull the valve cover and main ign wire off and have someone crank it while you watch for the valves to be moving properly before gettin another motor.

Waste of time, the other numbers don't constitute any more effort to be put in it.

Cylinder 2 was 110 psi
cylinder 4 was 100-105 psi
cylinder 6 was 120 psi
cylinder 8 was like 0 psi.

cylinder 1 was 100 psi
cylinder 3 was 95 psi
cylinder 5 was 110 psi
cylinder 7 was 117 psi

2,5,6,7 are "ok" but, getting close.

1 and 4 are marginal....... bordering on failure.

3 and 8 are both fails.

None of the numbers are really what I would consider "good"..... It's really time for either a new one, or a rebuild.

I'll fourth that. With how cheap these motors are for a long block its hardly worth more than a few minutes of troubleshooting after seeing those compression numbers.
