Cylinder 8 Misfire after plenum fix
All the op comp test numbers are low, don't even mess with the motor it's whipped. Get a long block and be done with it. By the time you get the org motor fixed it will be way past the cost of a rebuilt motor.

Waste of time, the other numbers don't constitute any more effort to be put in it.
Cylinder 2 was 110 psi
cylinder 4 was 100-105 psi
cylinder 6 was 120 psi
cylinder 8 was like 0 psi.
cylinder 1 was 100 psi
cylinder 3 was 95 psi
cylinder 5 was 110 psi
cylinder 7 was 117 psi
2,5,6,7 are "ok" but, getting close.
1 and 4 are marginal....... bordering on failure.
3 and 8 are both fails.
None of the numbers are really what I would consider "good"..... It's really time for either a new one, or a rebuild.
