I have power mirrors from an 01 Ram, same year as mine. My truck only came with manual mirrors and it seems that there is no wiring ran for power mirrors. So is there a way I can wire it up myself?

 

The dash harness may or may not be there. Look and see if there is an extra connector where the door wiring harness hits the body.

Otherwise, it will be a matter of find a 98 or newer (I think) truck to scavenge the harnesses from.
