Ok thank you

With your Highs on the fogs will not work, there is something more likely in the switching relay in the pdb under the hood that controls this. I know which one it is for a 96 but not for a 99. I will go look in the fsm and get back.

Q Your outside low and highs work.

You just need a new switch. I bet the back of it and the connector is melted, common problem.

nope, switch look just fine, not melted or f'ed up. I even took it apart to see if anything was broken, bent the tabs for the fog switch a little more to. I don't recommend to take that a part unless you are in for a good pita challenge when comes time to put it back together

On quads, the outers are low beam, inners are high beam. Fogs should be off with the high beams on.

Does this pix correspond to you're findings for power and ground? If you have both there it must be in the plug wiring order.

This is looking into the back of the bulb socket.
