Headlight/foglight switch
Hi guys, I have couple light problems on my truck. Fog lights are not working and the inner bulb on my headlights doesn't come on either. I know for the fog light the main switch is probably the problem but could that also be the reason the inner light are not working to?
Thanks

The fog light switch does get it's power through the headlight switch so it's possible. What do you mean by "Inner Bulb"? There's low beam, high beam, and marker light circuit. Are the marker lights all working? Do either or both low beams work? How about high beams?

I have two bulbs per headlight. I have never seen rhe ones close to the center of the truck on, so I have no idea ehen they are supposed to be on, I'm assuming they are on the high beam. All other lights are working and the outer bulbs goes brighter when I go on the highbeam. Does that make sense?

Agreed. Buy both sets new, and replace them all. Typically, when one burns out the others aren't far behind and it bothers the crap out of me when someone installs a new brighter bulb next to an older dim bulb.
They're not too expensive and easy to change. This will serve two functions as well. It will help you trouble shoot your headlight switch issues.

In that case it's time to get the digital multi meter out and start checking your sockets. With the headlights on, low beam, check the sockets. Then switch to bright, check the sockets, and finally, turn on the fog lights...and check the sockets.
