Default 95 Dodge ram idle surge/hesitaion/stalling

This is driving me up the wall now. Its a 95 2500 4x4 with the 360. The problem is this the idle surges up not much probably bout 100 or 200 rpm. when pressing the gas pedal slightly the engine stumbles sounds like crap and when letting off the pedal rpms drop to nothing and sometimes stalls and sometimes recovers. I have done dist. cap and rotor, new plug wires, new plugs. Removed throttle body and thoroughly cleaned, replace iac, tps, and map sensors. All to no change. The truck has no cats, but has mufflers and has k&n intake. Also throwing code 32 without check engine light. Please help.

Could be a bad brake booster.... Try disconnecting the vacuum line to the booster, and see if it is any better. BE WARNED!!! It will take some SERIOUS effort to make the brakes actually stop the truck. BE CAREFUL if you drive it down the road like that.

So you probably have a vacuum leak someplace else.

Have you checked your plenum? (see the stickied thread at the top of this forum.)

Did you disconnect the battery cables when checking/cleaning/replacing sensors? If not, disconnect ans let set, then connect again and try again.

So this weekend did the plenum fix. Idles better. But still stalling and still breaking up when slightly pressing gas pedal. Could my next step be the crank pos. Sensor?

Did you clean the throttle body when you replaced the IAC? I assume you had the battery disconnected while doing the plenum? What brand O2?
