Default Suspension Frustration

2001 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie 4X2, 5.9L

Recent alignment with cradle shift after replacing ball joints and outer tie rod ends.

Truck still pulls to the right and gives a loud THUNK when turning the wheel hard to the left at low speeds (backing out of driveway, etc).

Just replaced calipers/rotors as well and bearings are fine.

I'm at a loss, so any ideas appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Control arm bushings gone?

Did you check all of the steering/suspension for worn parts?

Professionally aligned? Bring it back.

Feel the thump thru the steering wheel? Rock Solid Ram Steering Fix.

Rotate your tires... see if that makes a difference. Also, +1 on the above post.

I also had this. I had a friend observe what is clunking while I back out of the driveway turning left. We found that it was the ball joint on the upper control arm. Replaced it and clunk is now gone.

+1 definatly sounds like a control arm....i know you have 2wd but my control arm bushings on my 4x4 are dry cracked and beat up and i always hear clunks going over bumps...i know its this because i dont really feel it in the wheel and ive replaced ALL my front end parts..
