brake lights turn signals and low beams dont work

Default brake lights turn signals and low beams dont work

well its had this problem sence the guy i got it from had it i dont really care that they dont work but i was thinking for resale i might want to get them working
the running lights come on so there is power going to the brakes and when i turn on my lights only the high beams work and my turn signals dont work at all but on the inside fuse box the 2 silver relays the one closest to the driver is missing so not sure if thats the problem just fiured sence im up right now id post this and see if u guys have any imput on it
and truck is a 2000 dodge ram 1500

Got tilt wheel? Have a look at the wiring in the column......

That missing silver relay is not the problem. That is for power seats. Check wires as running down the steering column as HeyYou stated. But also remove the plug from the multi function switch and headlight switch, and check them too. I'm thinking one or bothe are bad.
