Help! Please--\1997 5.2 wont pull my boat out at ramp

just ran vin check mileage last record 75k. === my last van was a 1995 b-2500 5.2-- it pulled boat 8 years////// this 1997 b2500 did the same for 3 years untill last two times pulling my 22 foot boat [boat gas tank was empty at the dock] i think a 318 should at LEAST SPIN THE TIRES IN THE DIRT!!!~

If ya lived here, i'd tow your boat if ya took me fishing!
Just throw my truck in first or second gear, and let out the clutch without touching the throttle and she'll yank that boat right out of the water no sweat.
