Default Fog light problem

So it seems as soon as I fix one problem.... another instantly takes it's place.
I bought new bulbs for my fog lights the other day, put them in and still no light. I checked the fuses, good, relay, good traced the wires and good. Anyone have any problems with theirs that might be the same as my problem?

How about your switch may have gone bad just a thought.

Did you make sure your brights weren't on? As I recall, the foglight circuits are cut off when the brights are on.

How did you 'check' the fuses/relays/wires?

Get a DMM or a simple test light and check the fuses. Looks can be deceiving. If they are good, check for voltage at the light socket/plug. If nothing there, check before/after the switch.

My Fog Light troubles were switch related.

Figured it out after the fog lights stayed on all day with the switch in the off position.

I changed the fuses and switched the relays around. I also pulled the wires out of the p[plastic surrounding to check for cracks. Haven't checked the switch yet, that will be next on my to do list.

There was a DIY on jumping the fog light relay connection so the fogs work with the highs on. Search for that thread and give it a try. The light switch though is a problem. I am on my second one.

Didn't know the fog lights shut off when the highs are on, that kinda of sucks. I'll search that up, thanks. Haven't checked the switch yet, gotta do that later on today. I was at the scrap yard today getting parts. I figured I would grab a switch just in case mine is bad. there was only one ram and it was already picked clean.

I noticed that you are going 35's according to your sig. Make sure you re-gear your front and rear to 4.56 or that tranny will go. I can tell you from experience.

Just jump the switch.

Pull the connector and use a jumper wire.
