Default Best mod for $300ish

My truck has been in the shop for a while, and in this time, my desire for mods has been rekindled. So, what do yall think the best performance mod for around $300 would be. Ive thought about 1.7 rrs, u/d pulleys, sct tuner, fastman 52mm, and headers, but idk which would have the most bang for the buck.

Ive been trying to convince my dad about the plenum thing for a while, but hes still in denial. Luckily, right now the symptoms are not very noticeable, but I know it still needs fixed. But aside from that, which mod will be the best, I plan on getting to all of them plus more eventually, but idk which to start with.

And denial of plenum will result it it still being bad, taking out the cat, ruingin the O2 sensor, AND possibly cracking a head.........

Then after that, SCT tune, then HS roller rockers (in that order).
