Wheel hub difference (left vs. right)
I have a 99 Ram 1500 with 4-wheel ABS. I have to replace the front wheel hubs. My question is what is the difference between the left and right wheel hub?
Anywhere I look, the driver's side is almost double the cost of the passenger's side. I purchased a set from Auto Zone today and I am looking at the parts and they look identical.
Anyone know?

I am not finding where other sites differentiate between left and right..... are both the ones you are looking at by the same manufacturer? I note there are some RADICAL price differences, depending on whose name is on the box.....
Edit: I take that back, just depends on the site, and the prices are different. although, I found them here for pretty cheap for a pair of em......

i looked the 01 at autozone, and left and right were the same
SP550102 both sides $174
i looked up the 99, and it listed 2 different part numbers
SP550100 passenger side $186
SP550101 driver side $270
doesn't make sense to me. i'd think they would be the same.
by the way, there is a misprint on all of them saying 4 bolt flange. its actually 3 on 1500, i think 4 on 2500.
