(It had 160,000 when i bought it) and the coolant was not rusty orange but it was obviously bad. going to drill out the rest of the bolt and re tap it. And changing plenum plate soon need the truck tommorrow. thanks for the help.
once you pull the intake you should be able to get the rest of the bolt out pretty easily with a bolt out(bolt extractor)

i wouldnt suggest trying to drill out the bolt with the intake still on. could cause alot of damage if done wrong. besides, im pretty sure theyre hardened bolts anyways.......

Can I run it without the bolt there without it leaking or causing any problems because as i said i need truck tomorrow and cant have it down for a long time I have easy outs, left hand drill bits to help getting it out,and all kind of tools at my disposal to get it out and put another in until i get my fix from hughes.

hold on.
if you have no obvious problems, then leave it as for now.

your intake gasket is locked in place with age, heat, dry rot, rust etc, and its not going anywhere. if/when you fix your plenum, or pull the heads,or water pump, or whenever you feel like it - do it when you have time.
