Restoration of My Dodge
Dude that looks AWESOME. Did you only paint the front end with bed liner? or the whole truck?
Also, what brand of bed liner did you use? Aerisol spray I assume?
Yup bought the cans at walmart...took two cans to do that....now it has a layer of some black gloss over it.
And yea its only the front fenders bumper and hood thats done...currently sanding the rest of my truck and it will all be painted like that...cant wait she looks mean

And heres where i got hit...i cut a hole and pulled alot of the cab straight....i need a longer prybar to get the rest but after some more prying shell look decent...and after some bondo work....
Ok got another question....i know im buying a new control arm but i was looking and saw the bushing set for $60... now ive used the search feature and read a couple threads that say you can freeze the bushing to get them in without a press....now is this a reliable way to do it? I dont want to tear them apart and not be able to get new bushings in
That's a pretty big hole to cover up! Bottom looks pretty bad also.
Meh that hole will be easy to patch....and the bottom looks bad but it really isnt all that bad....im going to cut the old metal and get a new cab corner from napa for $60....
And as for bushings...ill just replace the one arm for now...then when i get back to work ill just buy all new arms...the $35****in a piece is well worth it
