i could probably fix your stock gauges in no time. just have to run a positive and negative wire to the voltage gauge and everything else should start working.

I will try that, but considering everything is computer driven I somehow have my doubts...

 

All i watch is car shows...its great having satalite tv...i have 5 different car channels...and when the wife doesnt steal the remote its on one of those 5 lol....and the stuff im seeing...its going to make me spend thousands lol....

And another gauge im going to add to my cluster..fuel pressure...i didnt know they had a mechanical gauge for that

 

I just got some good news...as you know im laid off from work...16 of us got laid off and you get called back by seniority...unfortunatly when i started 8 other people started at the same time in my trade so they go by last name and my last being ripley, im 3rd from the bottom...well 3 people just got called back so after 9 more people ill be up....

I called my foreman and he said when we got laid off there was only 3000 budget hours for the month and 164 people in my trade x40 hrs a week we were 16 people over budget...well august they had 2000 hours..he said in october they have 4000 hours and it goes up from there...so hopefully in less than a month ill get my call back

 

Well paint job is close to done...still need to do bottom half of pass. Door as you can see, roof and tailgate....shes starting to look real good....

Theres bondo on the door because im putting a layer over the rivets from when i redid doors/rockers/cab corner....got a bit to do with that...

Just need my new door and i can finish the body work then exterior will be done....

 

Wow....i was just browsing craigslist and i stumbled upon an ad...well a place is selling both a passenger and drivers door for $50...the driver side has surface rust on underside of door...not visable if door is closed...pass. door has a few scratches and two golf ball sized dents but no rust....he wants $50 for BOTH doors....they are red and from a single cab...

Unfortunatly they are 168 miles from my house. I called a buddy who i work with that lives in the same town and asked him if he could check it out for me...and what a coinsidence because hes laid off right now and is working at that same place under the table...he said that the doors are in great shape id just want to attend to rust on bottom of drivers door...theres no holes but theres rust but not on outside of door just underneath near the inner panaling.

I have no way to get these doors...i know i cant fit them in my car so im tryin to figure this out right now because i was going to pay $100 for one door but it has no rust ive looked at it in person....ugh i hope i can find a way to get these....they have tons and tons of 94-02 rams diesel and gas....im thinking about taking the car for the hell of it...pay for doors and pick them up when i can...but id also look at a other stuff...they have a couple visors/ cab lights....so im anxious to check this place out....just sucks its 168 miles away

 

And reason being so cheap is because they have tons of doors for rams but these were in best shape...my buddy basically said name something you need for truck and we got it....

 

Sounds like the right yard to shop at... Lots of inventory = cheap!
