Default truck will not start, number 7 pin in ignition switch connector whas no power

tryin to get 1996dodge ram 1500 3.9 ,manuel trans to start, found out ignition switch is bad,ran wire from number one pin to number seven pin in switch connector, and pushed down on clutch peddle and it turned over only if I jump started it,if I didnt jump it ,the circuit only shows 11.85v,even though bat has 12.75v and my fuel pump dosent have power going to it either, anyone been the route?

Try unscrewing the o2 sensor from the cat/pipe for the hell of it.

Yes, he is.

What are you missing? Got Spark? Got fuel pressure?

no sir no fuel pressure,I do not have power in dark green wire, all other seem good,I havent checked spark cause I havent been able to keep it running,I should add that the 11.85 v was at relay, and I was told my starter is weak, could it still be a ground issue??

So it turns over and will start, just won't stay running? And your original post said nothing about the fuel situation, until after you edited your post. If it does start and wont stay running, I'd still unscrew the o2 , but hey whatever.

On a side note, you do realize that there is only power to the fuel pump for like 2 seconds if the motor is not running right? You might also try swapping the ASD relay with one of the other relays, like the horn relay for instance. And if you have no fuel pressure the regulator or the pump itself may be bad.
