heres one, and my friends say im crazy for it til they ride in my truck, it seems to shift so much better with the more fuel i have in the truck? is it because of the added weight putting more stress on the tranny making it work harder or?

In all reality, the two shouldn't bear any relation at all to each other..... you got something strange going on there.

I suspect that isn't going to make a difference.

I didnt connect the two that time. Then it happeded again about 8 months later, was going to the transmission shop, stopped to get gas started shifting again. Its happened couple of times after that but I go fill up and it is OK. As I said its not a real problem, as I dont usally drive on empty, but every body I tell about this thinks I'm crazy, one should not effect the other and normally I would agree. Any one have this happen before.
I have the exact same problem with my 2000 dodge ram and everyone also thinks I'm crazy
