Default Ahhh!Misfire

Ok so I'm guessing I have a miss...here's some back info&what's going on.Last April I fixed my plenum leak&did the egr delete. Now when I did the egr delete I left the egr valve off&the truck shook like crazy so I plugged it back in&it went away.I have all the vacuum ports not being used plugged off.
So around 45 it still shutters if I push the od button it dosnt seem to really go away.I've gutted the cat, changed plus&wires cap&rotor. Not sure what else it could be so Im guessing I need to do a compression test.I still get that code 37.
It dosnt do anything else out of the ordinary no real lose of power no rpms jumping no rough idle.I've had all of the suspension looked@twice.The only other issue is the cruise stopd working 4x4 still does so I need to check the clock spring.Any idea on the miss?I'm gonna re route the wires per the tsb but I have good wires&from what I was told in here most people haven't had an issue with it.
Thanks

Seems I remember something about torque converter and shuttering around 45 mph. Code 37 is torque converter and sensor voltage out of range or missing for transmission cooler temp. Or a short in TQ solenoid CKT. Somewhere to start, but doesn't sound like a misfire. tranny issue.

If you start feeling a vibration right at about 45mph.... chances are real good that's a miss. Recheck plug wire routing, and such. If that's all good, compression check....
