Default Crank No Start And Fuel Pump Constantly Running

Went to go start up my truck today and it just kept on cranking and wouldn't fire up. So i just turned the key over and noticed my fuel pump running like it was constantly priming. Also noticed my gas gauge didn't move at all like it usually does when you turn the key over. Any help would be great!

I also checked the pump relay, took off my fuel cap and disconnected my battery and nothing changed.

There's another thread just like this (although the truck runs) on the 1st page...
Check fuel pressure, should be 49psi give or take a few.
Swap the relay with one that you know works.

Question Crank No Start

I also had the same issue went to start the Truck turned it over 3 attempts then had to push it back. Got out of the Truck and thought I would try it again, started right up.

Drove up to the mall then Check Engine Light came on. So I drove it up to my mechanic, he put the scope on it and figures it could be a bad Crank Positioning Sensor. Shut the Truck down then looked under the hood for any tell tale signs of bad wires, nothing.

Went to start up to head back home it wouldn't start. Had to sit there for half hour then it finally started. Keeping my foot on the accelerator and drove home.

By the way while turning the engine over in attempt to start it the Tach wasn't moving????

Anyone know what this could be, and if it is the crank sensor where is it located. Ram 1500 5.2 Auto

Cranks sensor is behind passenger side head, bolts to the flange where the engine/trans bolt together. Pain in the butt to get to.

I don't have a gauge but with the pump running fuel squirts pretty good out of the valve on the rail. I did the odometer self test and it brought up codes 920,921,999 And all my gauges worked fine in the test. I believe all the idiot lights came on also but after the test was done my odometer was flashing.

Here are some of the things Ive checked already.

Checked fuel pressure at the rail seemed fine

Cleaned battery terminals and all grounds I could locate in the engine bay

Unplugged and checked the 3 PCM plugs and didn't see any burning or bent pins

Still cranking but not starting with the fuel pump not shutting off when the keys on...boo

Rent a gauge and test fuel pressure.

Yes you have pressure at the rail.. But that doesn't mean you have the correct amount of pressure; +/- 49psi

edit: didn't read the first part :/
From reading over a few threads, those codes suggest a faulty PCM. Two of the people with those codes and a no start condition replaced the PCM and their truck started fine. But I'm not sure really how to diagnose those codes, sorry.

Those are cluster codes, indicating a lack of communication from PCM to cluster. (should show up as a "no bus" error?

I'm not getting the "no bus" error but i forgot to mention that it has been over 100° all week, not sure if that has anything to do with it.
