I disconnected everything and got them in. My compessors sucked. But now I jacked the threads up where the greasable joint on the track bar. I can't find a part for that. Do I have to replace the whole &^% bar? I have to get my truck back on the road tonight.

After this I can see I am going to be making lots of changes to get more travel in the suspension.

are you talking about where the zerk grease fitting goes. find a tap of the original size and try to clean the original threads. put grease on the tap to catch the shavings. if that doesn't work, find the next larger size zerk, and drill/retap it. use grease on drill/tap to catch shavings.

i don't know, but there might be an oversize, self tapping - "repair zerk" that might rethread without redrilling.

but, either way, no you don't have to buy a new track bar.

I was trying to get a tap on it when it started raining. (I am working outside) It just really ticks me off because I had to compress the springs anyways to get them on the spacers. So taking it off did nothing good. At least my compressors are all greased up now. I am just a bit ticked off and ready to throw a few heavy things around just for fun. I just don't want to break it more.

Size: 20.0 KBIt is that bolt sticking up. It bolts up on the driver's side near the upper spring bracket. The other end has a bushing and a removable bolt. I messed up the one that is part of the bar.

So it is not attached now on the driver's side because I can't get the nut back on.

I would say the instructions that came with this lift sucked.
