Smile iac valve

hi everyone. i wrote a post on this befor.anyway here it goes

99 dodge ram 1500 4x4 5.9l

been hearing a hissing sound and truck hessitates like it want to stall but it doesnt. after about 2 mins after truck warms up the hissing starts and feels like it will stall thats last about 1 min 45 seconds then after that it idles fine doesnt stall or anyhting. thats the only noise i hear no manifold leak or anything .well heres what i did.

pulled the throttle body offf the truck

cleaned it real good with throttle cleaner everywhere on the throttle body
cleaned real good where the IAC goes. installed it back on the truck all eletric stuff hooke dback up air box on .

i did this 2 weeks ago and it did it again the next moring. so i did everything today bought a new IAC.
if this happens again any ideas on what it is, thruck drives great

Did you disconnect the battery while you were cleaning things?

yes i dissconect the battery and the brand i use is BWD

Oh i had the fuel injectors cleaned by dodge

After replacing new IAC take it out on the road,get going fast enough (40 -50) mph then let off gas pedal and coast to a stop couple times. If it still hisses then must be be vac leak or possibly bad out of box,IAC.
