Driving around tonight for nothing more than fun... I have been noticing my pressure switch I have setup for overdrive is way too low. Due to the shift kit my pressure is a little higher than normal (shifts into OD around 30, when 3rd gear is around 25-30). Should have gotten the adjustable Hobbs switch.... Too bad I didn't know about em when I bought mine. Cheap fix

Need a down pipe something horrible! My firewall and passenger side of the trans turned black lol. I have been trying to stay out of the pedal for this reason

Pics to come

Well the o ring on my trans filler tube was bad. doing a check up on everything and atf has the trans, frame, and driveshaft soaked... Lost atleast a full quart . Will be grabbing a new oring and throw some gasket sealer on top. Temp still never came over 125F

Also having trouble with my home made boost boot on the turbo. It keeps popping off at full throttle/full boost. Might need to redo it. Especially when I turn the pump up.

Adjustable pressure switch on the way for my OD.

Speaking of laying off the beer in the shop, singed my eye brows/lashes from relighting my 12k btu propane heater

Thanks for the offer, but Im gonna have to do custom down pipe for the amount of room I have, then just run 6-8 ft of straight 3" to the stock pipe before the axle (no muffler of course). Probably splurge for a long 4" black chrome tip to replace the stock 3" boring tip

No problem! Actually it was sort of a joke on my part LOL... That diesel isn't terribly loud though! As for a heater, you're lucky! I don't even have one in my shop... But then again temps down here haven't been normal (waay too warm).

Sealed up the trans filler tube that was pouring out all the ATF with some red silicone. Covered the dummy lights with electrical tape, and am playing with my new adjustable overdrive switch... I also fixed the loose boot on the turbo, i was running a 4B for a while lol. I drove into town (20 minutes out), around town for about an hour total and finally got my temps up (it's also still 60F here). Hit 150f on the trans and 170f on the coolant... Shooting for 170 and 190 after its been running a while

The truck was holding 60mph into a nasty 35+ mph head wind here on the wind farm. I was pretty impressed at how effortless it was compared to the old tired gasser

I'm sure... Now you just need to put a intercooler and dual turbos on that thing!
