so just want to clarify, my readings are currently where they're supposed to be, temp is getting cold like it should, only question i have is when i rev up the motor the compressor kicks off for a couple seconds, than on for a couple seconds and so on, at idle it stays on. Is it supposed to do this? Can anyone go turn there ac on and rev the motor and see if the compressor kicks on and off? thanks everyone
ok looked in my 01 service manual says at 100* ambient low side is supposed to be 60-70 psi and high 270-330. Is this the same for my 97? if so i guess im low,but it also says inside air is supposed to be 70-75 and mine was goin between 62 and 70
At idle it should pretty much run constantly. At higher rpm, it should indeed cycle. So long as outlet temps remain pretty stable, all is as it should be.
ok, just wanted to make sure, never noticed it doing that before and i checked in my car and gave it abunch of throttle and it never shut off so i didnt know if it was a dodge thing or what
