Default is it a miss?

What should I check next for a miss?My truck Still has a slight shudder around 45 mph...its so light its barley noticable,I'm starting to think maybe I'm just looking for it .Did a comp test&all was fine.New plugs New coil, cap rotor ,wires, wires routed per tsb .Had all suspension checked out like 5 times now.Trans place said the tranny&all is fine.
There's no other signs of any other problems...feels like maybe a small stumble@idle but if it is its so small to really notice.any ideas?p.s. did the plenum awhile back I also have a leaking hvac control assembly I'm gonna replace if I can ever find one.&Don't have cruise but I think that's Because of clock spring,When I bought the truck the airbag light was on cruise just went out recently can't find Any leaks in vacuum lines.gutted cat

Getting any codes? May wanna see if the local parts store can read pending codes, or misfire monitors.
