Default Stripped screw in headlight!

Hey all was putting my new xenon white bulbs in today, passenger went in fine, was able to reach in and twist it off, but i could reach in behind the battry to do the driver side. I decided to just undo the screws holding the headlight in and change em, figured it would be a 5 minute job. Well 20 mins later im snapping with a stripped screw on the bottom. Bought a bit and stripped screw extractor which did nothing. So now im left with one bulb still to be put in and and a stripped screw holding the headlight up pointing to the sky -.-
Whats the easiest way of getting it out? Im gonna need to get it out cause the lights pointed awful now. And yes i did search before posting but came up with nothing.

Which screw did you strip? Mounting screw, or adjusting screw?

Check the wiring at the back of the headlight switch.

Do your other running lights work? Taillights, etc?

What was your name at TESA??

Were the cab lights factory? Or installed later? I would go looking for where they get power....

I couldn't find you under that name?
