Modded my Throttle Body today =) Pics included!
You've got quite a bit going on here. Running without an air filter isn't a good idea no matter how hard you try and avoid dusty roads. And, in my opinion K&N filters aren't worth it. You can do your own research here.
Also, you should go back to a factory Tstat, and factory heat range spark plugs. Colder plugs are used to prevent detonation. If your truck doesn't detonate at normal operating temperature, a cooler Tstat and spark plugs aren't helping you on a factory tune.

Plain and simple my setup works why fk with that?
A person probably doesn't have a soul if they can't appreciate a healthy 360 Mopar punishing some tires. Gotta admit that watching a lot of the weirdos taping their burnouts on youtube and not doing the Ram's justice has given me incentive to roast my tires whenever I get the itch, something as small as a guy flicking me off in a bar parking lot for zero reason other than I'm driving through the parking lot has been reason enough for me to back up next to him & swing my trucks @$$ end out at him.
No offense to the original poster at all but I'm leaning towards young and possibly an ex-ricer owner / tuner.
Fixing a leaking plenum gasket isn't a modification...it's a repair.
A complete tuneup including cap, rotor, and wires...is not a modification, it's preventative maintenance.
The T-stat change, different plugs, muffler, and TB work...are indeed modifications. However, the way they're described I get the feeling they bring him a large sense of accomplishment...which also denotes a younger age and limited experience.
That all being said, I think the TB modifications are the best thing put on that list. Not only is it something that can't be bought in an Autozone in the plastic chrome crap isle but it took thinking and skill and the desire to actually improve something mechanically.

Limited experience you say? I'm 25 but I have been working on cars since I was 5-6 years old and yes I include being on "light Duty" in that time because I was taught at an early age to do everything needed to fix a car and know wtf I'm shining the light on for my Dad & Brother fixing cars. If you want me to talk about my accomplishments that I'm proud of lets start on how my expertise in Early 1950s Hemi Engines lead to me owning my first Hemi at 12 years old a 1952 331 Hemi that I pulled out of a New Yorker. I started my own Early Hemi Business at 15 years old selling parts to New Zealand and all over the world on ebay and Hot Heads Racing's online swap meet. I could visually identify all 13 different Early Hemi engine variants and their respective carb & trans options as well as give you numbers on the fly of what engine was which at the junk yard while guys like you were trying to find their engine chart in their wallet. I'm proud of owning 5 Hemi Engines, 2 360s, 1 413 and fabbing my own turbo manifold & intake setup on my Neon. Oh and my Dad gave me his 1968 GTX with a 440 4 speed recently to restore. Thats what I'm proud of.
If you think me listing what I did to my truck makes me feel accomplished then I bet you've got a raging fkn hard on for trying to make someone on the internet feel like a low life shade tree mechanic wannabe when the opposite is obviously the case, I could probably tell & show you things that'd make you turn white if you were a black man. I just listed what I had done to the truck I wasn't listing it to say "oh look how special" I was listing as to give others no doubt when I post a question and they ask me if I did the things I already had listen. If you want to see how limited of a skill I have I bet I'd mop you right up changing a plenum gasket on a magnum motor, can you beat having the intake off in 45 and everything buttoned up in 2 and a half hours?.

Double Roller is working great, I did it all with the plenum, noticed more pep under the throttle.
Installation is straight forward, pull the old chain off and sprocket off, and put the new ones on, the Cloyes comes with instructions for 3 different timing sets I think, just set it to stock or factory, whatever it's listed as.
Absolute biggest thing is making sure nothing moves once the chain is off during the process.
Edit: You can just about slide the old chain/sprocket off, setup the new one to spec, and just about slide it on as one piece.

um..ouch..I think my stockers are 245..I guess those are girl tires under your tire rating catagory?
Burning out with a mostly stock setup still is a big deal, go on youtube & watch all the wimps trying to do brake stands with their Trucks be it newer Chevys or Hemi's, they make the engine sound like its climbing Mount Everest with a 22ft long trailer attached because they use so much brake. When I do a brake stand with my truck I stop dead & only tap the brake for a second to hold the truck back just enough and my engine revs up instantly roasting the tires, actually it doesn't even need a brake stand to burnout just mash the gas moderately fast & start whipping donuts, but for crowd pleasers I use the brake stand start to go wild.

I've got 275's on mine. Amazingly they're only 10 under what yours are. If you're going to make a comment like that at least have some 33x13's on your truck bud haha. The point of big tires is traction
By the way I love your Red Ram! The first Ram I ever drove was a Red 97 with a 360 & straight pipes.
Thanks.
