Modded my Throttle Body today =) Pics included!
I've always been told not to grind aluminum but to sand it instead. Aluminum can/will load up a grinding wheel and a loaded wheel can get out of balance and explode. An exploding grinding will will do some damage to a squishy human body.
I modified my throttle body too. The only difference I really see from it is that the rpms will jump up a split second faster on a quick pedal kick.

You should start doing these and selling them.. and require a return core.. :P
Nah, there are a lot of people that already do that and they do a better job at it since they have done a bunch and have a shop set up for it. I'm pretty sure there is one guy that sells them for around $90 through ebay.

You mean 1.2"? You might be surprised how much difference it can make. When I switched from 36" tires to 35's it felt like I got a turbo or something put on there.
