Default Where to find fog lights for good price

Hey guys,

At first I didn't really want fog lights cause I didn't think they'd look very good, but after seeing lots of Dodges with them they've grown on me lol.

Where can I find some fog lights for cheap? They don't have to be anything special either. I have HIDs so I'm not sure if I'd have to buy a certain kind of fog light if I want them to be HIDs or not and if the wiring would be different.

Thanks for the help,
Max

eBay, so many choices you won't even know what to do.

Do you want factory fogs? If so, Rock Auto has the housings for like $15 each. If you just want a set to mount to the bumper or something, like wyomingdodge says, the possibilities are endless. Everyone from Wallyworld to Harbor Freight Tools sells fog lights. You get what you pay for also. Honestly, from my experience, if you already have HID's in the headlights, adding standard halogen foglights won't do diddly as far as increasing light output. You would need HID's in the fogs as well to see any more light out front. I had HID's in my fogs and normal halogen in the headlights on my Dakota and if the fogs were on, you could barely see the headlights.

Check rock auto then. Ebay has them too, but rock auto is cheaper.

Bumper harness if you don't already have one in there and the rotory switch in the cab.
That's all I can help with.

I don't know if these trucks come pre-wired for factory fogs. Get up under your bumper and look. If not, you will need wiring, relay(s) and a switch.

I bought the whole OEM Mopar kit for fogs off eBay for just north of $100. Came with all the wiring, new switch, both lights, mounting pieces, and instructions.

If you want to just get the lights, the wiring is pretty easy with a relay.

Can't help you with the HID part though, haven't opened that can of worms...yet....

Wyoming,
Can you maybe find a link to that kit? I've attached a pic of mine... I don't have jack crap right now and really want to put in fogs. My guess is I probably don't have any of the wiring or anything. (I've done a quick couple of looks, and nothing has ever jumped up out at me for wiring).
Truck is a 99 Ram 1500, Laramie SLT with a 360...
