Default 97 to 99 tranny swap

Before i tie up a bay pulling these out, logic tells me it should, but I would like some input into some possible problems with this swap.

97 Dodge Ram 1500 2wd v-10 into a 99 2500 2wd V-10.

Are the tranny's a direct bolt in??

Yep. Should bolt right in. Might be some differences on the sensor, modules, and coil packs, but, that's it.
