Default Help Installing Sterring Damper Shock on 2wd 98 Ram

HI, I have a 98 SS/T and I wanted to install a Gabriel steering shock on my truck to tighten things up a little. But when I go to look for the factory one, there doesn't seem to be one. I know on 4wd truck it sits above the tracking bar connecting to the pitman arm etc...

They sell them for my truck so I'm a little confused. Can someone help me out with this. Thanks

Here's a link to the one I got

On a two wheel drive? It goes between the muffler bearing and the Johnson rod.

Ha Funny.. I don't understand why they sell them for 2wd trucks if you can't use them

you should be able to do a search on the web and find the direction for it. I put one on my POS chevy 2wd one time long ago, pretty simple install if I recall
