+1 on Precision of NH. I bought a stock on from them about 3 years ago when I rebuilt my tranny. They are very professional and knowledgeable. From the time I ordered it to the time I got it was about a 3 day turn around. I forgot how much I paid, but I remember that it was around the same price as a lesser brand Dayco/transtar TC.

for towing - get one with a lower stall speed. they're usually referred to a "RV style". Precision has 2, an RV (lowered) and an RV-MAX (extra lowered).
i have the RV and like it. i don't have any experience on the RV-MAX and their web site is not very informative.
