Yes you can and it's a great upgrade over the stock lights, but you will need to add wiring, relay's, and if you would like to opt the extra lights independent of the others add a switch. On the older 2nd Gen trucks there will be sheet metal work to be done behind the headlight assy, not to sure about your year. My currant bulbs are two 9007 PIAA, two 9004 PIAA, and two driving lights with 800 PIAA bulbs.

I'm running the PIAA Xtreme Whites in my stock headlights and they're appreciably better than the GE Nighthawk lamps in my humble estimation. I don't know if they're better enough for anyone else to justify the added expense, but I like them just fine for my neck of the woods where good lights and brakes are a must for avoiding deer and elk.

CharlieSheenWins is dead on about bumper riders with the brights on. I am also considering getting some of that extra wide bling-aling chrome strips to cover my tailgate with, thus blinding the A holes that are blinding me - with their own lights! I search for driving lights but online sellers like to give the dual title of fog/driving lights so they will come up in the most searches. I am smart enough to know there is a wide difference between the 2. Fog lights are broad with a lot of glare & driving lights are directional, and thus exactly what I want.
