2000 Ram 3500 New Owner - Busted Dash NEED HELP & ADVICE
The title says it all. New owner has a busted dash and bezel. I want it fixed. I see that iit is a bad problem. I wanna know what you guys do and whats the best rememdy.
Just buy new pieces from LMC Truck. I hear they're good... mine's on a UPS truck on its way to my porch right now.
Thank you for the information. I could have done a search of the forum instead, but your results didn't give any good feedback as to what I wanted to know. I know its a problem with the Dodges and needs replacing. I just wanted to know what everyone has done in regards to that. Where they get GOOD replacement peices from, if it might have been a recall or not, and HOW in the heck do we remove the old & install the replacement peices ourself....if it is easy enough to do.
Any more ideas...comments...expierences??? I'll be checking on the LMC Truck products in the meantime.
Replacement dashes are expensive for what they are, a piece of plastic.
I can't help myself, but I'm always thinking in terms of how many non-returnable plastic milk jugs would it take to make one. It's a habit I developed long ago and still have.
