Default 96 Dodge Issue HELP!!

Hey guys I got my truck all lined up to sell ready to go but theres one problems I still have never fixed! When I start it up, no matter what time of day, it has a bad idle. It will not keep running unless I hold the throttle around a grand to 1500 till the engine warms. Then it runs like a champ. If I do not do this however, it'll shut off after a couple feet. I've cleaned the throttle body, put a new throttle body position sensor and a pcv valve. The only other thing I could think of would be a idle air control sensor. Heres a video of what i'm talking about, any help would be appreciated trying to get this thing fixed soon!!

I start holding throttle at :32 the rest is just at idle!!

Did you disconnect the negative battery cable first before cleaning the tb? Did you clean the iac and the passage it sits in? If not I'd start there. If that's all been done, replacement of the iac would be next unless someone else here has a better suggestion.
