Default Calling all brake line/hose knowledge

So I have about 6" of lift in the front of my 2wd ram. I can not find extended brake lines for the front. So, I'm stuck with 2 options.

1: Found some rear extended brake hoses, just my question is if the connections are the same as the front?
2: Relocating the mounting bracket at the top brake hose connector (if possible).

Which is the best option? please and thanks

I got mine from RUSSELL PERFORMANCE, but I do have a 4 wheel drive. They should have them for your truck as well.

How about 4wd front hose? Remove the bracket from the middle and you get hose that's about 3 feet long.
