It's just a standard 4 barrel carb air cleaner gasket.

Chances are that whistle noise is from the air moving through the pipe. My guess is it aluminum pipe? When I put the CAI on my car I get a slight whistle at idle but when I'm excellerating it sounds like a turbo spooling.

^Yep. I got a spectre off ebay and its aluminum piping. When i start it up it whistles and sounds like a turbo spooling, but once i get it warmed up it's fine and don't really whistle anymore.

the whistling noise i had was the extra amount of air the cai was letting in, but i would check to make sure your gasket is in place, you can get a gasket just about anywhere, i got mine at autozone, just a 5in o ring throttle body gasket. Also check your hoses, turns out i had a crack in one of my hoses going to the throttle body

Yup that's exactly what my car does, louder when cold and quiets down as it warms up. Completely normal.
