Just the o2's but since they have been cut off by the previous owner...

My cousin is helping me trace some wires. Maybe there is a split somewhere. It happened to his Dakota.

The o2's aren't there. Just the wires. The previous owner took out the cat and half the exhaust. It turns over fine. We shot some starter fluid and it runs for half a second. There is no gas(sometimes a dribble) at the schrader valve.

And there is no helping me. HA!

yeah join the club, hopefully the truck tho...well the o2 issue is something for later but not good of course..but the pump tho, you don't hear it prime when you turn the key and you checked the relays, wires, fuses then that pretty much leaves you with a bad pump..did you try to prime it several times then start?

When you turn the key to on, do the gauges come to life or just sit there? Also, check for voltage coming IN to the ASD relay from PCM with the key on. If you leave the key on and gauges do NOT work, do you get a "no bus" signal in the odometer?

I wonder if the OP realizes that there is only power to the pump for like 2 seconds? I'm not feeling like reading back in the thread, even though it's only one page back. lol

It's the pump. We went back over everything and we found power was getting to the pump. Oh well. Would have been nice if it was just a wire! So I get to swap out the pump. Fun, fun.

Thanks everybody!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
