okay. At full left turn in 4wd, something is binding up. It doesn't at full lock in 2wd, but for sure in 4wd and I don't know where to go from here.

I talked to my dad who is a dodge guy. He says his 95 does click at full lock in 4wd too. And he told me not to worry if it doesn't do it in 2wd. I'm going to test it some more tonight after I put everyone to bed, but does this sound like it makes sense to anyone else?

You didn't say and people have done this by mistake, but don't be on pavement when in 4wd. If you were on pavement and in 4wd, then that would explain "binding" experience assuming everything was installed correctly.

Also, are you talking about 4hi or 4lo? Have any issue shifting the transfer case?
