help with blue smoke please

I'm gonna guess mine is valve seals cause out only does it when its cold once it warms up its fine.

Heres the thing it dosent do it on cold startup ever time only when you punch the gas to the floor or rev the heck out of it

put some atf in the gas tank 1/8th of 1L atf to de gum the rings give er a try

Maybe it's jusy me but I don't think revving the heck out of a cold engine is very good for it....

Imagine this i drove my truck in a river on accident drained all fluids new plugs and wires new o2 sensors new battery just to fix water damage well it also fixed the blue smoke issue dnt know how but it did....

check your compression its easy..take out your plugs, go to auto store rent a compression tester, take out your fuel relay and turn over engine..all the cylinders should be close to each other if you have one significantly low then odds are its the rings..as far as plenum gasket it could be if that was never replaced but im personally leaning more towards rings..to check your plenum gasket stick a light inside your throttle body and see if their is oil ( this isnt full proof but should give you a good idea if you have a leaky gasket) and all you would need is a short block, i bet you could pick up one from a junkyard cheap then just take everything off and put it on, the only prob is you might run into the same problem
Compression test and check your plenum. Sounds like it could be rings but if your plenum is bad enough it will give you symptoms as you described. Plenums a cheap fix...rings not so much
