I mentioned replacing a front wheel bearing in post #7. The driver side front didn't have the proper keeper/washer to keep the large nut tight..the hub/rotor got play after driving approx 200 miles and I experienced the same sort of shakin as OP. Vibration in the floorboard, seat etc..

I've never heard of adjustable ball joints. Suprising that alignment shop didn't come across whatever is causing the shaking. Or wasn't it doing it at that time?

All they mentoined was the memory steer,I don't think they noticed it because thr truck dosnt really start to shaking till hey speeds.&I didn't make a big deal out of it because I thought the truck bar would fix it.

As others mentioned earlier, jack up front end and double check there's no play in wheel bearings. Pitman arm and sloppy steering box would cause truck to wander not shake and vibrate. An out of balance rotational problem.

Well we had a rough nite so I couldn't get to it but I have two buddies coming by tomorrow to have a look were gonna put it up on jacks, one of em is a mechanic&he does all of the suspension stuff the other guy is an older fella pushing 60 he's my best bet he seems to know everything so hopefully we will find the issue.
I noticed if I grab my tie rod it will swivel but I believe that's what it should do.I found a front bushing set the replaces all the front bushing for 100.00...I'm hoping maybe I get lucky& the part@fault will be something I can find in a lift kit...then Ill have qb excuse to lift it some more...anyways is there a possibility something with the rear suspension could be the culprit?

From what I've read on here...grab driveshaft and try twisting.. should be no play in u-joints. Swivel is ok on tie rods, it's side to side play you don't want.

Ok cool Ill try that&do u think since I don't have the exact same intermediate steering shaft...this one came off a 99&has a rag joint could that be a issue?
