Have you tried just taking out front drive shaft and see if the issue goes away? Be sure to mark with pen or scribe before removal so you its installed the same.

Did you jack up front end and check wheel bearing hub assembly for any play yet?

A.s.a.p. I need to know the correct operation of the draglink&pitman arm where they meet.My draglink will turn left to right picture a motorcycle throtle....that type of motion&the*pitman*arm *will go left to right &move with it but it seems like its off,I thougt the pitman arm didn't swivel as it moved the draglink..but Im not sure that's Why I ask...also the*bushing *looks shot when you work it grease comes out.

A.s.a.p. IBEFORE I forget...I took if out for another ride& can tell 100% for sure its coming from the front feels like It feels every bump in the road in the area around the geae box I'm gonna say it's starting to seem like more of a rough ride then a shaking
..I think the shake is coming from whatever is bad or loose when I hit the bump in the road isn't absorbing it&making it vibrate

The swivel is ok in the link..If the bushing (not sure if that's the name for it) is shot get a new pitman and get a greaseable type..Pretty easy /removal install. Need to mark the arm and shaft (*important*)for proper install..supposed to use a special tool to remove the arm..check the shaft to make sure it's not stripped (good teeth and tight fit)..install new arm..get an alignment..Approx $20-50 from rock auto and use this discount
code 118254649364174 There might be a write up in the DIY section here better than mine. I think the torque on the nut is 185 ft/lbs

So how am I sure the pitman arm is bad?&Wont it be better to use polyuratheine bushing?

If the boot is jacked, if the teeth are stripped..and yes I would use one with a poly bushing..your drag link end might be shot as well..as stated in the last post the price range will kinda dictate weather you get a non greaseable or greaseable or with a poly bushing
