sport version 1500 sits up higher????

ok i did notice the the 3rd gen had a nicer ride down the street rode more like a car and not a truck.but i didnt like being lower so no ill stick with my 2nd gen ram.

If you're getting a 3rd gen, get a 3/4 ton.

dodge did make 1500s with 2500 suspetion they were never put in a package but they were around i have one they were produced for farmers

How do you know they were produced for farmers?

Farmers don't use half tons. And there is something called a special order worksheet. Which allows you to order stuff. Provide me one shred of evidence that they were produced for farmers only and I'd give you cred.

It seems that 4x4's with IFS generally sit a bit lower than those with a solid axle.

^Yep. And 4x4's with leaf springs generally sit higher than those with coils.



Or, at least that's the case when comparing Rams.

my build sheet says farm edition on it i asked them at dodge they said it had 2500 suspention and the pto transfer case it may only be a canadian option and farmers us halftons all ther time i live in farm area

Farmers around here drive any old POS pickup that runs, they don't seem particular at all. _shrug_
