upper console lights

How do I get into the upper console of my 2001 Ram to fix the lights. One of them will not shut off and the other one only comes on with the door open.

Yeap, that's where I would start.

On mine there are two screws just inside of the windshield, remove those and pull it down gently as there are two clips that hold it to the roof.
