Default Self Resetting Fuse???

Hello Everyone!
Couple days ago my 97 Ram 2500 battery went dead due to the brake light staying on.
It was the middle of the night, and i could barely see the battery terminals.
I ended up putting the positve jumping cable on the next terminal and vice versa. That didnt go too well!
I popped my alternator fuse, which is now fixed.
But now my cd players, and all my power outlets dont work. I have checked every single fuse in the car near the drivers door as well as the fuses under the hood. All are good.
But apparently there is a self resetting fuse that dodge hid and I have no clue where this location would be.
Any help what so ever would be great.
Thanks Again!

Self resetting fuse??? Did you check the IOD fuse? Hooking up the cables backwards might have cause alot more issues then a fuse.

Only circuit breakers (self resetting fuse....) are on power window, and power lock circuits.

Need to find the IOD fuse, and make sure it's good. (it has a cover or some such in the fuse block in the side of the dash.)
