The 3rd gen half-tons have the same bolt pattern as the 2nd gen half-tons.

Not sure about back-spacing though.

.HUmmmm.....never thought of that good question and Heck if the back spacing cures all of us that are rubbing the tires lock to lock it might be worth looking into.

I'm not thinkin' what you're thinkin'....I hate the look of the 20s the 3rd gens came with. I especially hate the fact that most of them were fake chrome [:'(] I wouldn't mind a set of power wagon rims though. Too bad it's hard to find owners that want to part with them.

Your best bet is to try a rim (with tire) on the front and see if it will rub from lock to lock. I'm guessing it's going to, especially if you have a 1/2 ton with stock suspension. I know my tires are close to rubbing (285s on stock 16s...they do rub on my mud flaps) and I have a 3/4 ton with the heavy duty CTD/V10 suspension, which allows the most clearance from the factory. 20s would be a close fit on a HD truck, but the tire would have to have a lower profile....and that would adversley affect the caddy-like ride [8D]
