Source for rigid vacuum lines ??
My vacuum lines from the transfer case to the front axle CAD are hodge podge of rubber, splice connectors, and original hard plastic, ..... and some zip ties. My 4WD quit engaging yesterday and I crawled under there today to see what was up. Luckily the fix was simple, the rubber hose ends at the actuator had both cracked. Snipped them off and problem was solved (probably not the right rubber hose to use).
But I'd really like to clean up those lines, and use the rigid plastic lines as original, with just rubber sleeves at either end. It is a fairly long run and I can't believe that the rubber lines I have now are collapsing a bit along the run.
What do people do for this? The originals are formed, I haven't checked the Dodge parts dealers yet. Are they available for reasonable $$?? My Autozone website seems to show 3' sections of 1/8" rigid plastic line, but that would not be long enough. Can you get longer sections and maybe heat form a couple bends?
I got lucky today, nearly 50 degrees outside. I use this truck to plow in the winter, and if I lose 4WD when there is snow on the ground, I am screwed.
Thanks for any ideas.

Just replace the hard plastic with rubber. The rubber degrades in the nice, toasty warm environment it hangs out in, gets brittle, and breaks. Rubber lasts longer.
Posi-Lok is the real hot ticket though... (albeit, more expensive.)

just replace the lines with steel coated brake lines. bend them to follow the stock config. thats what i did, and my 4x4 has worked perfectly since.
i too plow in the winter. what kinda plow ya got?
